About Toddle Inn

At Toddle Inn we recognize the importance of early learning experiences and pledge to provide a fun, safe and loving learning environment where children follow a formal curriculum promoting the development of independence, self-discipline, creative thinking, healthy bodies, problem-solving and self-confidence.  Toddle Inn values the process of early childhood development and realizes children are constantly learning through structure as well as play!

  • Hours
 7:00 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. Monday Through Friday.
  • Late Pick-up Fees 
An additional fee of $2.00 PER MINUTE will be charged after 5:30 p.m.
  • NSF 
Will result in a $25.00 service charge.
  • 

Tuition
 The only form of payment Toddle Inn accepts is withdrawal from your checking/savings account.
  • Holidays 
Please refer to yearly listing of holiday dates. If a holiday falls on a weekend, it will be observed on the day before or the day after the actual holiday.
  • Workshop Days 
With State and Federal laws requiring employees to be more educated and on-going training hours increased, we are using these holidays as worked days for the staff. These holidays give us the opportunity to sanitize the building, invite speakers, review CPR and First Aid, as well as explore updated techniques and materials in the child care field.
  • Absences
 You will be responsible for payment even when you take a vacation or are absent for any reason, since your child’s spot will be reserved.
  • Illness 
Parents will need a back-up person in case your child comes down with a fever, vomiting and/or diarrhea and needs one-on-one care. The child is to stay at home that day until symptoms subside. Refer to Illness Policies.
  • Sibling Discount
 There is a $25.00 sibling discount for 2 children with a maximum discount of $50.00.
  • 

Registration
 A registration fee in the amount of $100 (non-refundable) and the first week’s tuition is due prior to the first week’s service. At the time of initial registration, a Toddle Inn backpack or red t-shirt will be given. All children must be re-registered each year on the anniversary date of their initial registration. A re-registration of $75 will be withdrawn during your anniversary month, and registration, enrollment and immunization forms must be updated and returned.
